A Little About My Journey
Five years ago, a job transition unexpectedly led me into recruiting—a life-changing shift that revealed my calling to support others. By nature, I’m a conversationalist, outgoing, and enjoy connecting over a good cup of coffee. After experiencing a layoff, I knew my journey in recruitment wouldn’t end there. I continued supporting people with resume editing, interview coaching, and beyond.
Seeing so many LinkedIn posts from people actively seeking jobs or struggling with layoffs motivated me further. Though I had experienced similar challenges, my desire to assist others in getting back into the market only grew. This is what ultimately led me to become an independent consultant.
